Senior Subcontract Analyst

John Snyder is a Senior Subcontract Analyst for CIEE. He has been employed by the University for 20 years and has worked for CIEE since 1997. Mr. Snyder writes subcontracts; negotiates complex/special case subcontracts, modifies subcontracts as needed (e.g., extensions, adders) issues stop-work orders, and terminations notices. Before CIEE, he worked as a Senior Fabrications Buyer for 10 years for the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory. Mr. Snyder was a Waste and Recycling Commissioner for the city of Sausalito. As a commissioner he worked with the city on alternative power sources such as wind and solar energy sources. Mr. Snyder has a degree in Ceramic Engineering.
