Smith, Louw
Subcontract Award Specialist

Louw Smith, a subcontract specialist in the Contracts and Grants group, is responsible for post award administration activities for active CIEE projects. He monitors and evaluates project progress and expenditures, and works closely with affiliated team members to manage projects through their complete life cycle.

Most recently, Louw worked with charter schools in California where he functioned as a financial consultant to various client schools. He served as the interface between a diverse group of schools and select state and federal agencies, for a variety of financial and operational matters. Louw received a BA in Economics from the University California, Davis.
