Business Manager

Debbie Richerson is the Business Manager for CIEE where she is responsible for overall management of business and human resources functions, and financial planning. She has over 20 years experience at the University of California, working most recently as Business Manager for the California Policy Research Center, a systemwide research and public-service program. Ms. Richerson has extensive experience in research administration, policy implementation, staffing, and financial management in research organizations at the University of California. In 2001 she successfully completed the Leadership Development Program.  Ms. Richerson currently  serves on the steering committee of the UC Office of the President Assembly (UCOPA).
