Senior Subcontract Analyst

Brad Niess is a Senior Subcontract Analyst for CIEE. Mr. Niess administers Request for Proposals (RFP), analyzes proposals, writes subcontracts and amendments, and interfaces with sponsors and subcontractors to resolve contracting issues. He started as an Administrative Assistant with UC Berkeley in 1998. He worked as an Accounting Assistant with Information, Resources, and Communications at UC Office of the President for two years before coming to CIEE as a Subcontracts Specialist in January 2001. In December 206 he became a Senior Subcontract Analyst.  Mr. Niess has been a trainer for the Bruinbuy (UCOP/UCLA Accounting/Purchasing system) since Fall 2000.
