Executive Assistant/Office Manager

Jack McGowan is the CIEE Executive Assistant providing administrative and analytical support to CIEE Directors. As Office Manager, he also provides leadership in organization of information, space, and other logistical resources for CIEE staff. For four years Mr. McGowan served as Firm Administrator at Grueneich Resource Advocates (GRA) where his responsibilities included project management support, presentations and marketing as well and coordinating GRA and other parties submittals in the California Public Utilities Commission and the Energy Commission filings. Before his tenure at GRA, he worked as the Administrative Project Supervisor for Alcatel-Alstom's San Francisco MUNI metro automation venture. Responsibilities there included supervising software test and commissioning staff and scheduling field-testing and customer demonstrations. Mr. McGowan has a degree in business administration.
